I have a long-standing neck injury from two past motor vehicle accidents which was causing daily headaches and pain.  I spent thousands on chiropractic treatments which did not seem to make much of a difference – I was still in pain every day which was affecting my ability to work and causing me to feel very unhappy and retreat from my life.  I was desperate when I decided to see Donna and did not expect the treatments to make a difference. I was obviously over the moon when after just my first treatment there was a great reduction in pain and the headaches were much less regular.  I decided to see Donna for fortnightly massages and cannot believe the difference it has made – I have my life back! Donna’s treatments are the only thing that has made a difference to the pain in my neck and constant headaches. As an added benefit, Donna’s massage also serves to be an hour of self-care – it is so relaxing that I often fall asleep!  She treats my neck injury effectively in a way that is not painful and at the same time I get a truly nurturing and relaxing massage and reiki treatment that helps me unwind and de-stress. When I leave I feel like I am floating!
