Massage is perhaps one of the oldest healing traditions used by many cultures who were convinced of the therapeutic properties of massage and used to treat a variety of ailments. Donna is your Nowra massage therapist.

One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm due to the release of endorphins – brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of well-being.

• Relaxation Massage – consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulation.  It is pain-free and will relax your muscles, reduce tension, maintain flexibility, improve circulation and soothe your soul.

• Remedial Deep Tissue/Pressure Massage – if you have pain in areas such as sciatica, stiff neck, headaches, sports injuries or other complaints then you need a treatment that involves going deeper into the connective tissues and ligaments to release the source of pain, increase the range of movement and correct postural abnormalities.

1 hour massage – $75.00

1.5 hour massage with either Reiki, Chakra Cleansing, Crystal Healing – $95.00

2 hour session inclusive treatment package – $110.00
